Complaints and warranties

At Xiddig Organisation, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the Books  you have received is defective, we will comply with all legal warranty requirements (i.e. you can expect the product to be fit for the purpose for which it was intended). If you have a complaint about obvious material or manufacturing defects in the books delivered by us, including transport damage, please notify us immediately by returning the product together with the Return Form.

We always consider the legal warranty that applies to the complaint you have made. This means that the books should do what you can reasonably expect it to do. Additionally, you are only entitled to warranty for a valid complaint. A complaint will not be considered if it is caused by:

  • Intentional or negligent damage
  • Improper use or negligence in maintenance
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage due to failure to follow instructions for use

We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by emailing buug@abubakarm.com

After you have submitted a complaint to us, we will assess it together with the manufacturer. If your complaint is valid, we will replace the product within the warranty period.
