How do I enter the Umrah giveaway?
Simply order the book. Every order is automatically entered into the Umrah giveaway. No extra steps are required.
Who is eligible to participate?
Anyone who places an order between 22 February 2026 and 4 March 2026 is eligible to participate. Participants must be 18 years or older and must have a valid passport.
If the selected person cannot travel during the last 10 days of Ramadan, we will move to the next eligible participant. The prize cannot be transferred to another person.
What exactly is included in the free Umrah?
The prize includes:
- Return flights (to and from Saudi Arabia)
- Umrah visa
- Hotel accommodation
Meals and personal expenses are not included and remain the responsibility of the traveler.
How will the winner be chosen?
To ensure fairness, our system will randomly select 10 participants from all orders.
We will then review each profile starting from the first person and confirm who meets all travel requirements and conditions. Because this involves international travel to Saudi Arabia, strict regulations must be followed.
When will the winner be announced?
The winner will be announced after the selection process is completed (after 4 march 2026).
We will contact the winner directly using the contact details provided with the order.
When will my order ship and how long does delivery take?
Once shipped, delivery times are usually:
- Netherlands: 1–2 days
- Europe: 5–7 business days
- International: up to 14 business days
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
We know you’re excited to receive your book, and we’re doing everything we can to get it to you as quickly as possible.
My package was delivered to the wrong address, stolen, or never arrived
If your package was lost, delivered to the wrong address, or stolen due to a delivery mistake, we’ve got you covered. If the issue was not caused by you, we will send one free replacement copy of the book.
However, we are not able to replace or refund orders in the following situations:
- An incorrect or incomplete address was entered at checkout
- The package was delivered to a pickup point and not collected in time
- The carrier marked the order as delivered, but it was not retrieved
In these cases, the order is not refundable and cannot be replaced.
What if I made a mistake with my address?
If you notice an address mistake before your order has been shipped, contact us as soon as possible. We can still correct the address and send your order to the right location.
If the order has already been shipped, we can no longer make changes. In that case, we kindly ask you to use the tracking link to contact the carrier directly.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide to all countries where delivery is available.
During checkout, you will be able to see exactly which countries we currently ship to.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. After you place your order, you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
We strongly recommend keeping an eye on your tracking link. Some carriers may deliver your package to a local pickup point instead of your home address. In that case, you are responsible for collecting the package within the time frame set by the carrier. If the package is not collected in time, it may be returned or discarded.
