When will my order ship and how long does delivery take?
Pre-orders will start shipping from 9 February 2026.
Once shipped, delivery times are usually:
Netherlands: 1–2 days
Europe: 5–7 business days
International: up to 14 business days
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
We know you’re excited to receive your book, and we’re doing everything we can to get it to you as quickly as possible.
My package was delivered to the wrong address, stolen, or never arrived
If your package was lost, delivered to the wrong address, or stolen due to a delivery mistake, we’ve got you covered. If the issue was not caused by you, we will send one free replacement copy of the book.
However, we are not able to replace or refund orders in the following situations:
An incorrect or incomplete address was entered at checkout
The package was delivered to a pickup point and not collected in time
The carrier marked the order as delivered, but it was not retrieved
In these cases, the order is not refundable and cannot be replaced.
What if I made a mistake with my address?
If you notice an address mistake before your order has been shipped, contact us as soon as possible. We can still correct the address and send your order to the right location.
If the order has already been shipped, we can no longer make changes. In that case, we kindly ask you to use the tracking link to contact the carrier directly.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide to all countries where delivery is available.
During checkout, you will be able to see exactly which countries we currently ship to.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. After you place your order, you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
We strongly recommend keeping an eye on your tracking link. Some carriers may deliver your package to a local pickup point instead of your home address. In that case, you are responsible for collecting the package within the time frame set by the carrier. If the package is not collected in time, it may be returned or discarded.
Do you offer refunds?
No, we do not offer refunds.
The book itself is provided for free, and you only cover the shipping and handling costs. For this reason, refunds are not available once an order has been placed.
